Maya Fidawi

Maya Fidawi studied painting and sculpting at the Lebanese University’s faculty of art. She has since worked on scores of book projects and is a dab hand when it comes to illustration. Maya’s debut work with Turning Point was on the Life’s Like That! series, where she made her mark on TP and Lebanon with her signature witty depictions of the Lebanese. She seeks humor in her work and professes a passion for making people smile or laugh whether by conversation or illustration. She lives in Beirut with her beloved husband Ghassan, and her two little precious ones, Karim and Salma.
