Sabina Llewellyn-Davies

Sabina Llewellyn-Davies was born in London to a Welsh father and a German mother. She attended schools in Germany and Austria and received a degree in European studies from Queen Mary College, University of London.

After graduating and completing a brief stint in the civil service, Sabina came to Lebanon when she was persuaded to join her Lebanese boyfriend on a camping trip. The trip brought them to the coastal town of Jounieh, where Sabina eventually settled and taught English to a diverse audience, ranging from an army general to a Venetian blind installer.

Later, Sabina spent several years as a marketing executive for local businesses. Today, she lectures on business communications at Beirut’s Sagesse University.

She is a contributor to several publications, including Trends, Bespoke, Aishti, TTG and Guide L'Extravergine and is the features editor at Hospitality News Middle EastGreen Gold – The Story of Lebanese Olive Oil is her first book.
